Why This Project Exists

  • Families enter probate court seeking protection. Too often, they leave isolated, silenced, and financially destroyed. This project exists to expose misconduct and demand accountability when the system fails to police itself.

OUR MISSION

 

The Michigan Judicial Integrity Project is dedicated to exposing systemic failures within Michigan’s probate courts and advancing meaningful legislative reform to protect seniors, vulnerable adults, and the families who care for them.

 

We are working to ensure every judge, guardian, attorney, and court-appointed professional in Michigan is held to the highest ethical and legal standards.

We want Probate Judges who don’t follow the law to be impeached.
